AC Milan are reportedly interested in signing Manchester city defender Vincent Kompany in the January transfer window. And according to the report in the Sun, AC Milan Vice President Adriano Galliano is willing to offer City Ronaldinho in a part-exchange deal for the Belgian.

Vincent Kompany is contracted to the Eastlands outfit until 2014 and he is valued at €10M-€15M. Robin van Persie has also been linked to the San Siro.
