Kompany happy at City

Manchester City defender Vincent Kompany said that he is happy to play at Manchester City and that he is not concerned with his contract situation. Indeed his current contract is due to expire at the end of the current season and he has yet to be offered a new deal by City.

He said that he does not have to worry about his future and he wants to play for City. He is confident that the team will offer him a new deal at the end of the season and that he is ready to accept it.

He said that Manchester City has been great during his injury period and that they are now managing his playing time to make sure that he does not get injured.

Vincent Kompany said that he now feels stronger and that he wants to help the team win the Premier League as well as the Champions League. He feels that the team can reach these objectives under Pep Guardiola and that the players are ready to make it happen.

He said that there is a good team spirit within the team and that the players are giving their best on the training ground. He believes that the team can still progress and that they can still become better.

Vincent Kompany said that Pep Guardiola is a demanding coach and will always want his players to give their best on the pitch. He said that he spends a lot of time with the players to make sure that they understand what he expects on them and that he is ready to provide them with suggestions in order to play better.
